Pasco and Franklin County are planning changes to recycling and organics collection. A September report says an organics program is expected in 2027, while program details and costs remain uncertain.

Richland secured a $3.2 million state agreement for tire removal off Twin Bridges Road, according to NonStop Local. Its June report anticipated a September start; the current work status has not been confirmed here.
