What affects the price?
How much there is and how heavy it is. Garages don’t get our $35 in-home charge, so they are often one of the most affordable cleanouts.
Our minimum pickup charge is $135. Items removed from inside the home add $35 (garages excluded), and stairs add $20 per flight.

Is there anything you can’t take from a garage?
We can’t take hazardous materials like paint, solvents, oils, pesticides, propane tanks or batteries. Gasoline is fine. Ask us before booking if you’re unsure about an item.
Do you charge extra for the garage?
No. Our $35 charge for items removed from inside the home doesn’t apply to garages.
Can you take just part of what’s in there?
Yes. Show us what goes and what stays, and we’ll work around anything you’re keeping.
How much does it cost?

Does picking a time on the calendar confirm my appointment?
No. Your booking is a request. We review it and confirm the time with you, or suggest another time if needed. The latest start time you can request is 4:00 PM Pacific.
