What affects the price?
How much there is, how many rooms are involved, and how easy it is to reach. Larger cleanouts usually need a walk-through before we confirm the price.
Our minimum pickup charge is $135. Items removed from inside the home add $35 (garages excluded), and stairs add $20 per flight.

Does picking a time on the calendar confirm my appointment?
No. Your booking is a request. We review it and confirm the time with you, or suggest another time if needed. The latest start time you can request is 4:00 PM Pacific.
