How much debris there is and how heavy it is. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, rock and roofing weigh more, so tell us about them up front.
Our minimum pickup charge is $135. Items removed from inside the home add $35 (garages excluded), and stairs add $20 per flight.

Would a dumpster be better for my project?
If you’re producing debris over several days, a dumpster rental is often the better fit. We rent 13- and 15-yard dumpsters by the week. Ask us which option makes more sense for your project.
Is there anything you can’t take?
We can’t take asbestos, paint, solvents, oils or other hazardous materials. If you’re unsure whether old materials contain asbestos, have them tested before demolition.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. Billing and invoicing options are available for qualifying contractors and businesses.
How much does it cost?
Every job is priced by how much there is and how easy it is to reach. Our minimum pickup charge is $135. Removing items from inside the home adds $35 (garages excluded), and stairs add $20 per flight. Text us photos for a quick quote. We always confirm the final price before we start.
Does picking a time on the calendar confirm my appointment?
No. Your booking is a request. We review it and confirm the time with you, or suggest another time if needed. The latest start time you can request is 4:00 PM Pacific.
