Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before booking junk removal with Trash Bandits.
How much does junk removal cost?
Pricing depends on how much space your items take up, the type of material, access to the items and the amount of labor required. For many jobs, you can send us photos and we'll help you get a quote before scheduling.
What items do Trash Bandits remove?
We remove most household and commercial junk, including furniture, mattresses, appliances, garage clutter, property cleanout debris, construction debris and many other unwanted items.
Can I send photos to get a quote?
Yes. Take a few clear photos of what you need removed and send them to us. Photos are often the fastest way for us to understand the size of the job and help you with pricing.
Do I need to be home for junk removal?
Not always. If the items are accessible and we have clear instructions, some pickups can be completed without you being onsite. We'll confirm the details with you before the scheduled service.
Do you remove appliances and furniture?
Yes. We haul away couches, mattresses, tables, chairs, refrigerators, washers, dryers and many other bulky household items.
Do you remove hot tubs?
Yes. Trash Bandits provides hot tub removal, including dismantling when necessary, hauling away the material and cleaning up the work area.
Do you handle construction debris and demolition?
Yes. We provide construction debris removal as well as selective demolition and tear-out services for residential and commercial projects. Open-top dumpsters are also available for your project.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser and surrounding Tri-Cities and Columbia Basin communities.
