Project size, materials, access, demolition work and the amount of debris to haul away all matter. We’ll review the details with you so the agreed work is clear.

Before we get to work.
Can I book demolition online?
Yes. Use “Request a Demolition Estimate” to choose a preferred time and submit your project details. Demolition will already be selected. Your request is reviewed by our team before the project and appointment are confirmed.
Does choosing a date confirm the demolition?
No. Your first submission is a request. We’ll review the project, discuss the work and estimate, and send a confirmation once the details are agreed. If the requested time doesn’t work, we can propose another.
Is hauling included?
Tell us what you want removed and hauled away. We’ll make clear which demolition, loading, hauling and cleanup are included in your estimate before the work begins.
Can you quote the project from photos?
Photos help us understand the project. Some jobs need an on-site review before we can finalize an estimate. Send the full structure, its materials and the access route to help us get started.
How should I prepare?
Let us know about stored belongings, utility connections, shared structures and access restrictions. We’ll discuss the preparation needed for your specific project before the appointment.
What is the latest appointment start time?
The latest start time you can request is 4:00 PM Pacific. Available dates and times are shown on the booking calendar.
