Once we remove your unwanted items they become the sole property or trash bandits. We do our best to donate the items we feel will be of good reuse. We will make every attempt to recycle the unwanted items but cannot guarantee that your items will be recycled. We have a minimum charge for all pickups. Our minimum charge is $135.00. If we are removing items from the home there is a $35 fee (does not include removing items from the garage), if there are stairs involved it’s $20 per flight stair charge. By agreeing to the terms of service for “Furniture Removal” you agree to hold harmless Trash Bandits LLC harmless for any and all damage should any occur during the removal of you furniture. Should a dispute arise you also agree to arbitration over litigation and each party is responsible for their share of the arbiter. Please allow our drivers time to arrive one hour from your booking appointment time.
